DROP-SIDED CRIBS BANNED BY THE
GOVERNMENT! |

After dozens of strangulation and
entrapment-related deaths and injuries, the federal
government has put its foot down on the subject of
drop-sided cribs, proclaiming them illegal for sale in the
U.S.
In a unanimous vote, the Consumer Product Safety Commission
this month decided to make the manufacture, sale and resale
of traditional drop-sided cribs illegal.
THEREFORE: We will no longer accept
drop-sided cribs. |

WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT
BREAST PUMPS |
|
According to the FDA, there is no
complete way to clean certain pumps to ensure that the
breast milk of the original user is not still within the
pump system. Because some diseases have been shown to exist
in breast milk, the possibility of transmitting diseases
through a used breast pump does exist, although it appears
that no such cases have been documented. Nonetheless, we
will not be accepting any breast pumps for sale. |
OTHER NON-ACCEPTED ITEMS

Clothing which is outdated (e.g.. over 5 yrs. old), faded, has
stains, tears, or holes.

NOTE: Since this is our Fall/Winter Sale, please save your summer
clothes, Easter outfits, and swimwear for our Spring/Summer sale.

No $1.00 items please. Minimum item price is $2.00-
Large bags filled with onesies,
socks, bibs, etc. Please use the pages listed under the "Item
Preparation" header at the top of this page for the correct way to sell these items.

We no longer accept VHS tapes

We no longer accept junior and teen clothing.

We no longer accept maternity clothing. -
Stuffed animals (unless popular characters or build a bear
items-limit 2).

Grab bags of small McDonald type toys

Underwear (unless in a new package)

Hair bows and hair accessories (unless new)

No liquid or perishable items. (Example: bubbles, EZ Bake Oven
food, etc)

Diaper genies, potty chairs, bathtubs

Humidifiers

Sippy Cups (unless
in a new package)

Pacifiers/Teethers
(unless in a new package)

Towels/Washcloths

If selling
bottles, please remove the nipples

CAR SEATS
For insurance reasons, I cannot accept or sell used car seats. I
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
We will not accept items
that are stained, ripped, faded, or have missing buttons, etc. No out of date
styles—it won’t sell!

WE WILL BE VERY SELECTIVE
OF THE ITEMS WE ACCEPT |

Our goal
is to provide all shoppers with great quality items. Please
look through your items very carefully. Sometimes the light
in the building picks up some stains that you miss at home,
so please do not be offended if we turn any of your items
away.
You are welcome to take them home and try and get the stains out and return
them to the sale before 12pm
on Wednesday, the last
drop-off day. Also, please remember all items must be CLEAN and smell fresh.
