Printing & Copying Your Bar Code Tags

NOTE: We cannot accept tags printed from home computers because so many tags printed at home were unreadable.  Unreadable tags significantly slow down the checkout process.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but you will like the quicker checkout times!

We are now using color-coded tags to tell us if you want your items returned at the end of the sale!
DONATE THIS ITEM: Use white, off-white, or tan color tags
KEEP THIS ITEM: Use COLOR tags
COLORS TO AVOID:
No red tags --  We use red to indicate Sold Items. Avoid dark colors too -- They inhibit the barcode from scanning
RECOMMENDED COLORS:
We recommend bright colors:
Orange, green, baby blue, yellow, etc…
CAN I USE A COMBINATION OF WHITE AND COLOR TAGS?
Of course!
Use a combination of tags when you have certain items you would like returned and other items you are willing to donate.

We've made it easy for you!
Office Depot can pull up our website from their copy center and can print your barcodes for you!

Just go into their store to the copy center and let them know that you need your barcode printed from our website at www.finderskeepersjax.com .  They can print the tags for you onto cardstock for a cost of 17 cents per copy or if you bring your own cardstock, it is only 10 cents a
copy.  Tags print 9 to a page so if you bring your own cardstock you can print 90 tags for a dollar.  If you choose to use Office Depot's cardstock, you can print 99 tags for $1.70.  It is very reasonable and ensures that your barcodes will scan accurately.
REMEMBER: Make sure you have received your confirmation email with your consignor number before going to print your tags.

Not using Office Depot?
If you choose to go to different copy center, you will need to download your tag page to a jump/thumb drive or to a disk.  To do that, follow the directions below for printing tags.

  1. Select your name from the list.  This will pull up your bar-coded tag.

  2. Save your tag page to a disk or jump drive.

  3. Take your disk or jump drive to a copy center and have them print copies for you onto cardstock.  If you bring your own cardstock, it will save you 5 – 7 cents a copy.

Thank you for helping make this sale such a great experience for our shoppers!  We get so much repeat business and it is because all of you are so wonderful and bring such quality items.  With these quality tags, checkout is going to speed up and make our customers even happier!

REMEMBER:  Print your tags onto CARD STOCK paper of at least 67 lb weight  (Available at any office store or Wal-Mart).
YOU MUST USE CARD STOCK - PLAIN PAPER IS TOO THIN
NOTE: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the tags.  Click HERE to download the free software.
